Shipping policy

Currently we ship to the United States, United Kingdom & Canada only.

We charge a flat rate of $12.00 for standard shipping in the US

$35 for Canada and $55.00 for United Kingdom

Orders typically take about 3-4 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping within the U.S. 

Please note: Some hair textures and styles may take significantly longer to process due to high demand. Please allow up to 30 days to receive bundles and units.

International shipping times may vary.

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to additional custom and/or VAT fees, and is the responsibility of the buyer.  We ship using a variety of shipping services, U.S. and International depending on the location of our distribution center. Some orders may possibly be packaged and shipped separately. If this is the case once your order is placed, you will be notified by email along with your tracking number(s) and estimated date of delivery.

Any International orders that require applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
